Toddlers take a bite out of apple season

Ms. Tanya has shared several science experiments using apples with her toddlers.

We are on our way with engaging experiences and gathering a newfound community of friendship!

We have had so much fun this month getting to know one another. Our inner spirituality is emerging and fully present! Our rhythms are manifesting as the children gain more independence in the environment. We enjoy being outside, playing, eating snack and going on adventures!

Gary Kazoo

We have listened to the song “I Like Apples.” They love when he says “applesauce!” They try to imitate the baritone voice!

Letter A

We have sounded out A for Apple and found beginning sounds starting with A!

Ms. Tanya holds a bowl of apple chunks as one of her toddlers works to mash them into applesauce.

Apple Science

We talked about parts of the apple and apple volcanoes. We heard “ooo” and “whoa” with the apple volcanoes. We also made muffins and applesauce. The children loved mashing the apples and tasting the applesauce! Our apple muffins came out delicious! They loved using their senses while mixing the ingredients.
