Resource Library

Housed in the school lounge is a Parent Resource Library, which includes DVDs, CDs, VHS cassettes, and books, suitable for parents and staff to educate themselves and others on Montessori method, and provide resources for parenting challenges.

By arming parents and adults with information, the library aims to help provide a better understanding of the Montessori method and philosophy to everyone! Maria Montessori’s research and discoveries have proven the first six years of a child’s life to be the most critical to their development. The Montessori Tides School continually seeks to offer programs and resources for families to help make those years as enriched as possible, as well as provide Parent Education Night’s for new and returning parents. Adding the parent Resource Library to our website was the most logical next step in becoming a complete resource for parents and families.

Parents now have a complete, cutting-edge and comfortable place to turn for information through our online checkout center. Browse our latest book additions and reserve your copy to borrow today.
